International Dental Program for Foreign Dentists (IDP) approved by the California Dental Board, USA.
Two Year Dental Revalidation Program for graduated dentists, who had earned their degree outside of USA, but want to have a license to practice in California, United States of America.

Program Requirements
1: A completed dental application for the International Dental Program or IDP
2: Educational Credential Evaluators Course-by-Course Report
All IDP applicants are required to have their transcripts translated and evaluated by the Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE) Course by Course report.
It must include a comprehensive grade average.
The applicant should specify on the ECE application that they would like the evaluation to be sent directly to:

The following materials must be submitted directly to Educational Credential Evaluators, Inc. for evaluation:
- Original certified college (post-secondary) transcripts
- Original certified professional education transcripts
- Official copy of the diploma and/or degree from the applicant’s dental school program
3.The following materials must be submitted directly to University of Moldova.US:
- The notarized copy of Graduate Diploma of Dentist (DDS, DMD), endorsed with an apostil of the Ministry of Justice (Education) of the applicant’s country;
- Notarized and apostiled copy of Birth Certificate;
- The notarized copy of the bio-data (picture) page of the National passport. Passport must be valid for a period not less than one year from the program start date;
- Criminal Background check by a governmental agency of the applicant’s country of residency;
- A recent bank statement proving the sufficient funds (at least $50000 per year);
- The parental approval is required for those applicants who are under 18 years old, the document has to be translated into English language and notarized;
- Medical certificate confirming that the applicant does not suffer from any diseases that may endanger public health;
- 10 passport size pictures with white background;
- Three Letters of Recommendation (all letters of recommendation need to be originals on letterhead, in English or English translation)
The applicant must submit one recent letter of recommendation from each of the following individuals:
- Dean or faculty of the applicant’s dental school(If you are not able to obtain a letter of recommendation, then a verification letter from your graduating school stating the dates of your enrollment in the dental program, graduation and when you received your dental degree)
- A Dental school clinical instructor who is able to ascertain the applicant’s ability
- A person of the applicant’s choosing, preferably a colleague with whom the applicant has worked with or went to school with.
- Application fee – $150.00
All the documents in any other languages, than English, should have notarized translation into English language.
